Shaker El Maadawy founded his loom house in the village of "Ma’diyat El Mahdi" in his hometown of Kafr El Sheikh, where he worked closely with local weavers, mentoring and overseeing their craftsmanship. His hands-on approach enabled him to infuse each creation with his unique artistic vision, blending tradition with innovation.
Celebrated for his distinctive and unique aquarelle artworks, we are proud to present Shaker El Madaawy’s final textiles collection in this exhibition, all weaved in his atelier in Kafr El Sheikh.
