Alice Tadros (1911), She was born in Cairo, she traveled in 1928 on a higher art studies scholarship to England to study arts and design, where she became actively involved in the artistic field. In 1928, Alice Tadros obtained a certificate from the British Board of Education in the field of design, which was considered the highest academic qualification in England at the time. She later earned a Diploma in Art Teaching from the Royal Society in London in 1932, another prestigious qualification. In 1937, she was appointed as a professor at the Fine Arts Institute for Women Teachers in Zamalek, where she was among the pioneers who established the artistic foundations of the Higher Institute of Fine Arts for Women Teachers. Later, she worked as an art consultant for the Productive Families Program at the Ministry of Social Affairs. She also held the position of Deputy Director before being appointed Dean of the Institute between 1963 and 1964. Additionally, she contributed to the development of the institute’s art curricula, playing a key role in advancing art education in Egypt.
